After you place your order

Checkout and digital delivery are handled by Fourthwall. Look for the order and download messages at the email address you use at checkout. Check that address carefully before paying.

Keep your order confirmation and download instructions together so you can find your purchase again.

Open your templates

Download the purchased files, then follow the included instructions to access the templates in Canva. Read the editing and printing guidance before you begin.

Check your inbox

If you cannot find the order email, check spam, junk and promotions folders. If you used a different address at checkout, check that inbox too.

For a missing download, incorrect email or link that does not open, have your order number ready and follow the order-help steps.

Printing is your next step

Printing, paper, packaging and physical shipping are not included. Review the layout dimensions, personalize your design, then arrange your own printing. Make a test print before a full batch.
