BuyingWhat am I buying?
A digital collection of 50 coordinated label layouts to personalize in Canva. Printed labels, packaging, products and photography props are not included.
BuyingHow do I choose the right collection?
Start with your product type, then review the complete preview gallery and product description. Check the layout formats and dimensions against your packaging. Contact the studio if you need help choosing.

The label collections shown in this store are one-time digital purchases. You can review your order and total in Fourthwall checkout before paying.
BuyingHow do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Fourthwall. The payment methods available to your order are shown at checkout, and may depend on your location and currency.
EditingHow do I open the templates?
Download your purchased files and follow the included access instructions to open the templates in Canva. Keep the download and your order email so you can refer to them again.
EditingDo I need Canva Pro?
Check the individual product details and included instructions for account requirements. If you need to confirm compatibility with your Canva account before buying, contact the studio with the collection name.
EditingCan I add my own product information?
Yes. Personalize the wording in Canva with your brand name and product details. Check every ingredient, instruction and other statement before printing your finished design.
EditingCan I sell or share the templates themselves?
The permissions that apply are set out in the product description and included usage terms. Purchasing a template does not by itself transfer ownership of the design. Ask the studio before redistribution, resale, client work or other uses that are not clearly covered.
PrintingAre all 50 layouts the same size?
No. Each collection has mixed formats. Every layout is not supplied in every size. Review the previews and check the existing dimensions against your packaging before printing.
PrintingDo you print or ship my labels?
No. Herdigitalart sells digital templates. You arrange printing using your own equipment or a print service and suitable paper or label stock.
PrintingWhy do printed colours look different from my screen?
Screens, printers and paper reproduce colour differently. Check your print settings and make a test print on your chosen paper before printing a full batch.
OrdersWhere is my download?
Check the email address used at checkout, including spam and promotions folders, for your Fourthwall order and digital download messages. If you still cannot find them, use the order-help page and include your order number when contacting support.
OrdersThe download or Canva link does not open. What should I do?
Keep your order email and note the exact error message. Check that you are signed into the right Canva account for template access. For download problems, reply to the order email or contact support with the order number, collection name and a screenshot.
OrdersCan I cancel or request a refund?
Digital-product cancellation and refund eligibility follows the applicable Fourthwall terms and any mandatory consumer rights. See the Returns & refunds page for the current guidance and support steps.
OrdersHow do I contact you?
Use the Contact page to prepare an email to the studio. For an existing order, include the order number, checkout email and collection name. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
