1. Find your order email

Search the inbox used at checkout for Herdigitalart or Fourthwall. Check spam, junk and promotions folders. Your order email is the best starting point for finding your order number and purchase information.

If the email address entered at checkout was incorrect, contact support with the details you do have.

2. Identify what needs a hand

Download or payment issue: reply to your order confirmation or use the store’s Fourthwall contact page so the order can be identified.

Canva or design question: email the studio with the collection name, the layout you are working on and the exact error or detail you need help with.

3. Include the useful details

• Your order number, if available
• The email address used at checkout
• The collection name
• A description of the problem and the exact error message

A screenshot can help when you email support. Never send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
